Performance Analysis Of Two Heterogeneous Server Queuing Model with Intermittently Obtainable Server Using Matrix Geometric Method

Abstract We consider two heterogeneous server, unit arrived according to Poisson distribution with rate λ the customers must enter into service facility first, and if it is not possible they join queueing form queue in order of their arrival. The servers have μ 1 for server 2 (μ ≠ ). Server always obtainable intermittently obtainable. goes some important dissimilar/strange jobs when number customer greater than or equal zero. But prior going execute these strange jobs, first entire his hand service. Otherwise either working state idle. By introducing bivariate process {M(t), S(t); t ⩾ 0} stationary analysis has been carried out using Matrix Geometric Method. Some numerical results are also presented.
